Advising companies from start-up business planning to rigorously working with Managing Directors of public companies to build shareholder wealth, Damian positions himself as an integral component of a business’s strategic planning environment. |
| Prior to starting Strategon, Damian’s career included six years in the Corporate Recovery Services as a manager with Arthur Andersen. |

Over the last 12 months he has completed a wide variety of successful assignments, including international joint ventures, regional distribution partnerships, strategic acquisitions and capital raisings in Asia-Pacific and Australia. |
Before joining Strategon, Russell founded and sold a successful boutique winery. Prior to this he spent 14 years in investment banking in Australia, Hong Kong and the United States with a number of leading financial institutions including Macquarie Bank and Standard Chartered Bank.
Russell is the Director of a number of SaaS and technology companies. Education: London School of Economics. |

Paul Cuthbert-Brown

Paul’s core focus is on the environmental and cleantech market sectors. Over the last three years he has been an angel investor investing in and developing a portfolio of leading edge technologies. In this role he has worked with management teams to ensure the successful commercialisation of the portfolio.
Prior to joining Strategon Paul was a partner in Creo Capital, a well known Asia focused hedge fund. He worked at Lehman Brothers for 12 years and was Chief Administrative Officer of the firm’s Asia region for 8 years to 2006.
As a member of the 5 person executive committee for Asia he had direct management responsibility for all support & control functions including regulatory and risk management functions, and served on the firm’s global Corporate Management Committee. |

Padraig Seif

Pádraig acts as special advisor on legal and structuring matters, specialising in corporate structuring, finance and tax matters.
Before joining Strategon Pádraig trained and worked in Frankfurt and London with the international law firms Mayer Brown LLP and Norton Rose LLP as well as Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP, specialising in international tax and capital markets. In Singapore he worked as foreign registered lawyer with an international law firm on structured financial transactions and corporate matters.
Pádraig is qualified as a Solicitor of England & Wales and as Rechtsanwalt and commercial mediator in Germany. He is bi-lingual in German and English. Education: Law degrees from King’s College London, University of London and University of Passau. |
