Harrison Assessments

Harrison Assessment (HA) is an employment, career suitability and performance development profiling system which produces a person’s profile based on interpersonal factors, leadership/authority issues, their preferences in relation to task orientation, environment preference, general interests and motivational factors. A candidate’s/client’s profile can then be compared to > 40 researched templates based on generic roles of Management, Professional Specialists, Customer Service, Sales, Administration, Technical and Physical/Manual - or combinations of these. HA software also includes over 600 career templates. All templates reflect those characteristics and preferences required for success and also characteristics that have been determined as likely to detract from success.

As a distributor, Strategon has accredited specialist consultants able to develop specific templates which reflect a role in a client’s company. Strengths, developmental areas and overall compatibility/success in job roles are identified and a number of text and graph reports provided.

HA was designed and developed in Australia and is now widely used in Asia, UK, USA and Europe. HA has been classified as ‘culturally neutral’ and questionnaires are available in a range of languages to cater for differing client cultures.
